Customized training and coaching

We offer our members training and coaching component.

Each year, the CDCs in Montérégie Ouest join forces with Manoir d’Youville to offer its members a diversified program to meet their needs.

Our training sessions deal with different themes: associative life, financial management, human resources, communication tools, psychosocial interventions, animation, community development and links with a board of directors. In addition, we also offer free workshops or conferences on occasion.
