Depuis plus d\u2019un an, apr\u00e8s 30\u00a0rencontres, la cellule de crise li\u00e9e au Covid-19 d\u2019Actions Haut-Saint-Laurent (AHSL) ont tenu leur derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union le 8\u00a0juin dernier. Le d\u00e9confinement \u00e9tant bien entam\u00e9, au bonheur des citoyens et des partenaires, ces rencontres rapides et r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, auront fait leur temps.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, depuis avril 2020, AHSL a repris son r\u00f4le originel de cellule de crise pour soutenir les citoyens dans le besoin de la communaut\u00e9. Dans de tels moments de crises, les organisations doivent se parler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour orchestrer au mieux leurs r\u00e9ponses aux besoins qui \u00e9mergent. C\u2019est donc sous le leadership conjoint de la MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent, du CISSS de la Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie-Ouest et de la CDC du Haut-Saint-Laurent que des rencontres \u00e9taient organis\u00e9es hebdomadairement, puis aux deux semaines.<\/p>\n<p>Mme Anyze Goyette, organisatrice communautaire et intervenante pivot du CISSSMO souligne l\u2019importance de ces rencontres\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Ces rencontres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 essentielles pour arrimer les efforts de chacun. Que ce soit pour la distribution de paniers de d\u00e9pannage alimentaire, la coordination des appels de courtoisie ou encore pour la bonne compr\u00e9hension des mesures sanitaires.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mme de Bellefeuille, d\u00e9put\u00e9e de Salaberry-Suro\u00eet ajoute que \u00ab\u00a0la pand\u00e9mie a mis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve notre capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation. La cellule de crise \u00e9tait un moyen efficace pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents enjeux et trouver ensemble des solutions. Les rencontres \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s utiles \u00e0 mon r\u00f4le d\u2019\u00e9lue et je vous en remercie!\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Cette d\u00e9marche fut une nouvelle opportunit\u00e9 de constater l\u2019importance strat\u00e9gique des organisateurs communautaires et des corporations de d\u00e9veloppement communautaire. Notre \u00e9quipe s\u2019est fait un honneur de participer activement \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche qu\u2019ils ont initi\u00e9e et qu\u2019ils ont si bien men\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb affirme Mme Claire IsaBelle, d\u00e9put\u00e9e de la circonscription de Huntingdon.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Mme Linda Gagnon, mairesse de Dundee et repr\u00e9sentante des municipalit\u00e9s, \u00e9tait fi\u00e8re de la tr\u00e8s forte contribution de la MRC. \u00ab\u00a0Que ce soit dans son r\u00f4le \u00e9conomique, environnemental ou social la MRC se devait d\u2019\u00eatre active dans cette d\u00e9marche qui nous concernait tous dans un contexte o\u00f9 toutes ces sph\u00e8res de vie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impact\u00e9es. Mme Nancy Brunelle, en culture, a d\u2019ailleurs contribu\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on importante en tentant d\u2019agr\u00e9menter la vie de chacun durant cette \u00e9preuve.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Bien s\u00fbr, ajoute M. R\u00e9mi Pelletier, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la CDC du Haut-Saint-Laurent et pr\u00e9sident d\u2019AHSL, tous les enjeux ne sont pas r\u00e9gl\u00e9s. Ne serait-ce que la crise du logement qui s\u00e9vit ou encore les impacts sur la r\u00e9ussite scolaire de nos jeunes. Mais ces enjeux pourront faire l\u2019objet de groupes de travail cibl\u00e9s et pourront d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre rapatri\u00e9es au calendrier r\u00e9gulier d\u2019AHSL.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Rappelons qu\u2019AHSL a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 en 2004 suite aux fermetures des usines de textiles d\u2019Huntingdon, depuis, son r\u00f4le a \u00e9volu\u00e9 pour devenir l\u2019instance de concertation r\u00e9gionale reconnue par la MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent en mati\u00e8re de D\u00e9veloppement Social.
